As an owner you must advise me of any illness, medical condition or injury your dog has.

Missed appointments and cancellations of less than 24hrs will be subject to a charge of 50% of the groom price.

If your dog shows any signs of stress whilst grooming I will only continue to groom in such a way that the dog is comfortable with.

If a dog is injured in my care I may call a vet or advise veterinary treatment.  I am fully insured but unless it is made clear by the vet that I am responsible and not a result of bad coat care or an unco-operative dog I will not pay for treatment.

Grooming/de-matting may expose pre-existing skin or health conditions, if this happens its advisable for you to consult a vet.

If I feel a dog may be a danger to me or i'm at risk of hurting myself I MAY REFUSE TO GROOM.  In this case the owner is responsible for the grooming fee.

I will NOT sedate your dog.

Elderly or dogs with medical conditions are groomed/massaged at owners risk.

I reserve the right to increase the price from the one quoted or given on price list if the dog is larger than expected, difficult to handle or the coat is in a worse condition than expected.

Late arrivals may mean I don't have time to groom your dog and another appointment may have to be made with an extra 50% charged.
